Chemical Anchor
Bolt Systems
Chemical anchor bolts are engineered to bond a substrate — usually masonry and concrete — providing a reliable, high-strength connection ideally suited for high load applications and the perfect choice for close-to-edge fixing.
Unlike mechanical expansion anchors, chemical anchors work through adhesive bonding, eliminating expansion pressure and enabling use in cracked concrete, masonry, and proximity to edges and corners.

The CCS is a threaded stud anchor for use with chemical adhesive systems. Available in stainless steel and yellow zinc plated mild steel. Heavy duty fixing without radial influence of expansion forces — can be positioned close to edges. Accurate drill depth is essential. Fully loadable after the prescribed hardening time.

Chemical
Resin Capsule
The 2-component resin capsule contains quick-setting styrene-free vinyl ester resin and hardener. The threaded rod is set using a hammer drill and the accompanying setting tool in rotating and hitting motions. During setting, the oblique edge destroys the capsule, mixing and activating the mortar which bonds the entire surface of the threaded rod with the drill hole wall.

Drill & Clean
Drill hole to required diameter and depth. Blow out dust and loose materials thoroughly, then clean again.

Insert Capsule
Insert the resin capsule into the clean drilled hole to the correct depth.

Drive & Mix
Drive threaded rod with hammer drill using rotating/hitting motion — oblique tip destroys capsule and mixes components.
04
Cure & Load
Allow prescribed curing time. Do not disturb during setting. Apply load only after full cure.

Installation Guide
How to Install Chemical Anchor
via Chemical Cartridge
5-step installation process — no specialist tools required
01
Drill Hole
Drill to the diameter and embedment depth matching the chemical stud anchor being used.

Clean Hole
Blow out dust and loose material. Brush the hole then blow again to ensure full adhesive contact.
03
Inject Adhesive
Inject mixed adhesive into approximately half the hole depth, starting from the bottom.
04
Insert & Rotate
Insert stud anchor and rotate by hand or use hammer drill with hex-drive bit for full penetration.
05
Cure & Load
Allow recommended curing time. Do not disturb anchor during setting. Apply load only after full cure.
⚠ Critical: Do Not Disturb
The anchor must not be moved, loaded, or disturbed during the curing period. Premature loading will compromise the bond strength and structural integrity of the connection.
