Our manufacturing facility in New Delhi is equipped for precision cold forging, threading, and finishing across a wide range of fastener types – serving both standard and custom requirements from a single, integrated site.
The facility
Located in [Location, Delhi/NCR], our facility handles the complete production cycle – from raw material intake through forming, heat treatment (where applicable), surface finishing, and final inspection. All operations are managed in-house, giving us direct control over timelines and quality at every stage.
We manufacture both standard catalogue items and project-specific custom fasteners, including confidential OEM work. Production is organised to handle both short-run urgent orders and high-volume repeat contracts without compromising either.
Equipment & technology
Our machines are selected and maintained for dimensional accuracy and repeatability — the two factors that matter most in fastener manufacturing.
High-speed cold forging for heads and shanks, ensuring grain structure integrity without dimensional inconsistency or hot forming. Suitable for high-tensile applications.
Precision thread rolling (preferred for strength) and thread cutting across metric, UNC, UNF, and BSP profiles. Threads are inspected with calibrated go/no-go gauges.
Zinc plating, hot-dip galvanising, black oxide, and plain (uncoated) finishes available. Coating thickness verified per customer specification or applicable standard.
CNC turning and machining for special geometries, tight tolerances, and custom components used in project-specific assemblies and OEM applications.
Controlled heat treatment (where applicable) including annealing, hardening, and tempering — managed in-house or through approved partners with documented verification.
Fasteners packed to international shipping standards — moisture-barrier poly bags, bulk cartons, or custom packaging per buyer specification. Batch and lot labelling for full traceability.
What we work with
Material selection is driven by your application requirements — load conditions, environmental exposure, corrosion resistance, and cost. We source from verified mills and maintain material test certificates for every batch.
Grade 4.6, 8.8, 10.9 and higher tensile grades. Most common for structural and general engineering use.
SS 304 and SS 316. Preferred for marine, food-grade, and corrosive environments.
Electrical and plumbing applications. Excellent machinability and corrosion resistance.
Special steel grades for high-load and high-temperature applications, based on project requirements.
Custom & OEM production
A significant portion of our work is project-specific. We accept customer drawings, work under confidentiality agreements, and produce fasteners in materials, sizes, and finishes not available in our standard range.
