What This
Service Covers

Canco's on-site specialists bring lab-grade verification directly to your project — conducting pull-out tests, torque verification, substrate assessment, and full installation oversight in live construction environments.

We bridge the gap between product specification and real-world performance. Every engagement produces calibrated test data, photographic records, and a signed compliance report — documentation your engineers, auditors, and clients can rely on.

Whether you're anchoring steel into aged concrete, installing façade brackets in seismic zones, or commissioning a large-scale MEP hang, Canco provides the technical presence your project demands.

Process-Driven
Excellence

Every field engagement follows a disciplined five-stage protocol — from initial substrate assessment through final sign-off. No shortcuts, no assumptions.

01
Site Assessment

Substrate sampling, base material classification, environmental condition logging, and anchor zone mapping.

02
Installation Planning

Load analysis, product selection confirmation, spacing/edge distance review, and crew briefing against approved drawings.

03
On-Site Installation

Supervised or Canco-executed installation using calibrated torque tools, with real-time deviation flagging.

04
Testing & Verification

Pull-out load tests, torque audits, and performance benchmarking against IS/EN standards using calibrated equipment.

05
Documentation & Reporting

Signed field reports, photographic evidence packs, non-conformance logs, and compliance certification delivered within 24 hours.

The Right
Call For Critical
Projects

Clients engage Canco field services whenever the cost of a fastening failure — structural, financial, or reputational — exceeds the cost of verification.

🏗

Critical Installation Projects

High-load anchor points, seismic or wind-critical connections, and any installation where failure consequences are severe.

⚙️

Performance Testing & Validation

Third-party or self-verified pull-out tests required by structural engineers, building authorities, or insurance assessors.

🔧

Technical Support During Installation

On-call specialist presence during complex multi-anchor tasks or when contractor crews need real-time product guidance.

📋

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Projects under RERA, municipal authority, or international code frameworks requiring documented, signed-off verification.

Client Outcomes

What You Gain

Verified Installation Quality

Every anchor tested and logged. No ambiguity about what was installed, how, and whether it met spec.

📊
Performance Validation

Calibrated load data confirming actual pullout capacity against design loads — not theoretical values alone.

👷
Technical Expertise On-Site

Canco specialists who know the product, the standards, and the edge cases — deployed at your project when you need them.

📁
Compliance Documentation

Signed field reports, photographic packs, and certificates your project handover, auditors, and clients can trust.

Testing
Specifications

All field testing is conducted using calibrated equipment — certification available on request, against IS and EN codes. Reports are prepared in formats typically required by engineers and approval authorities — signed, documented, and ready for submission.

Questions Engineers
Always Ask

Testing can be non-destructive (proof load) or destructive (failure load) depending on your requirement. For compliance, most structural engineers specify proof load testing at 1.5× design load — the anchor stays in place and functional after testing. Destructive tests are used for design verification and are conducted on sacrificial anchors. We'll advise which is appropriate for your project.
As a general rule, a minimum of 5% of installed anchors are tested, or a minimum of 3 per anchor type per substrate — whichever is greater. For critical structural applications or seismic zones, your structural engineer may specify a higher percentage. We work to whatever your approval authority or engineer specifies.
A standard site visit for 20–30 anchor tests typically takes 4–6 hours including setup, testing, and site documentation. Larger sites or complex substrates may require a full day or multiple visits. We confirm scope, expected duration, and manpower before mobilisation so there are no surprises.
Yes — completely. We can provide a full installation crew including drilling, fixing, and torque tightening, or we can supervise your existing crew and certify their work. Both models are available and priced accordingly. Our team arrives with all equipment, PPE, and calibration certificates.
Within 24 hours you receive: a signed field test report with engineer stamp, load-displacement graphs for each tested anchor, full photographic documentation of the test setup and results, a non-conformance log (if any anchors failed), and a compliance summary referencing the applicable IS/EN code. All documents are formatted for submission to building authorities.
Yes. Our field testing service is not limited to Canco-supplied anchors. We test any mechanical or chemical anchor system to the relevant IS/EN standard regardless of brand. Many clients use our testing service independently of product supply — particularly for verification of existing installations or third-party product qualification.
For Delhi NCR, we can typically mobilise within 24 hours. For other metros, 48 hours is standard. For remote or high-altitude sites, we request 5–7 working days to plan logistics. Emergency callouts are handled on a best-effort basis — contact us directly and we'll advise availability immediately.
Our reports reference applicable IS codes and include calibration certificate references for all equipment used. Reports are prepared in formats typically required by structural engineers, RERA-regulated projects, and EPC quality systems. For specific authority submission formats, share the requirements and we'll tailor the report accordingly.
